Restore Healthy pH

Restore Health pH

Draining acids through the urine is essential prior to detox. This will insure that the toxins you are mobilizing have an efficient way to leave the body. As acids start to drain efficiently, you will then be able to replenish the alkaline reserve. (Saliva pH of 7.0)

Yeast, bacteria, parasites, and heavy metal toxicity contribute to an acidic terrain. As you restore your first morning urine and saliva pH, these conditions become much easier to treat.

The first morning urine pH represents what we are excreting. A healthy first morning urine pH is 5.8-6.2. For someone going through detox, the first morning urine pH should be 5.5-5.8 as this increases the rate of acid excretion. The first morning saliva pH (before eating/drinking) represents the current state of the body and should be 6.8-7.2.

Alkaline foods, if not chewed properly, can turn the body's terrain acidic. If your child is not chewing foods adequately, supplementing with enzymes is essential to assist with breaking them down.
